Are you able to engrave a larger design?
Yes, we can offer everything up to a full wrap! Please fill out the form with your design request in the note section.
What is your lead time?
While lead times vary, we generally offer rush services based on availability, that can often be completed either same hour,
same day, 2 day or same week with a rush fee that would apply. General lead time varies on different peak seasons of the
business but is generally 1-2 weeks for completion.
Can I provide my own items?
Yes, but please note that there is an increased engraving cost to help us with templating, set-up, and design.

Are the bottles dishwasher safe?
While Polar Camel bottles are durable, hand washing is recommended to preserve the powder-coated finish and insulation over time.
Where are the bottles made?
The bottles are manufactured in China and laser engraved with your custom design right here in Reno, Nevada!
What are the dimensions and weight of each bottle?
Height is listed above, and full specs (including diameter and weight) are available upon request. All sizes fit most standard cup holders except the 40 oz. bottles.
